“Integrity is doing the right thing, even when no one is watching.” ― C.S. Lewis
Integrity is a state of being that implies consistency and wholeness, as well as adherence to a personal code of ethics. When we are “in integrity”, we are holistically aligned; that is, our thoughts, words, actions and emotions are all in full alignment with one another, and all “pointing in the same direction”—specifically, in a direction that is consistent with who we really are, and with our true purpose for being. In this episode, David’s guest is Megan Bryant, a brilliant, funny, and wise teacher and coach who uses improvisational techniques to help people lead more fulfilling lives. Watch the video and learn the following:
The True Meaning of Integrity
